1 & 6 get my vote as well. one is fun and relaxed, the other is classic. good luck!
i LOVE 6! the first one is nice as well, but six is super sweet and has more of a personal touch. You are such a phenomenal photographer! Your work seriously makes me pause at each picture. Fabulous job!

I say #1 with a different pic - just seems odd with a "random" person on the card. I would say scenery or a large group of people (less intimate) or perhaps your dog!

just depends on your audience
since i think you want more senior pictures i would go with 1 or 2
and probably a wedding one because you've had a lot of experience with those and you're getting good.
